Designer Julie Lancaster made this lovely dress/ harness using this amazing pink and silver rose border print material. The bodice is overlaid in mesh rhinestone fabric. It is interlined, and interfaced and lined inside with pink cotton. The waist on this dress has a three inch pink satin ruffle with a lovely satin rose flower and pearl trim on it. The neck has a tiny lace and lovely iridescent bow and rose in the center. The skirt has a total of six layers, from satin to tulle’. This dress is remarkable and is what she calls a portrait dress. t is measured in a size Large for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It is 18-19 inch around the chest. The neck measures 14.5 inches. From back on neck to tail bone, it is 12 inches long.
