This harness vest is so so sweet and girlie. Here is a harness made from a batik cotton uyfabric. There are tabs on the bottom to make it look like a belt. The belt is a raised stud in rainbow colors. The bottom has soft teal chiffon ruffles and there is a lovely appliqué of a purple butterfly in the center. It is fully lined in light lavender cotton fabric and is bound by purple bias tape. It is measured in a small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It is a size X-small for the Toy breed dog. It has 14-15 inch chest, and a 10 inch neck.
