It is made of a cotton material our of a pink Hello Kitty print. The waist has pink satin ribbon with puff Hello Kitty cats sewn to it and a BIG pink bow. The bottom is gathered with the same material but has a lovely lace sewn to the gather and above it is another layer of pleated white lace. It is fully lined with a soft soft pink cotton fabric and bound in red and with white poko dotted grosgrain ribbon. It is measured in a Large for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has 19-20 inch chest, and a 14 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 10 inches long. The inside is interfaced, to help keep its shape. We pride ourselves on the workmanship of our products and guarantee quality.
