What a CUTE and FUN harness vest! This is the HIPPIE harness. It is designed with GROOVY in mind! The print is multi colored PEACE symbols and the LOVE and PEACE appliqué in the center. There is a multi colored fun faux fur in the neck, lime green fur on the bottom and leather suede two inch brown fringe on the bottom. There is green bias tape to bind it. It is fully lined with tan cotton cloth so it is very soft on the dog’s body. It is measured in a Small-Med for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has a 17-18 inch chest, and a 11 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 9 inches long.
