What a cutie pie harness vest! This is a Tinker Bell inspired harness. It is designed with a mint chiffon embroidered print overlaid in a sage green satin inside lining. The very bottom and the neck have PINK Frayed style chiffon and it has a very lovely flowery pink and green ribbon on the bottom. Then there is Tinker Bell with her iridescent wings on the front. It is fully lined with a sage green satin fabric so it is ultra soft next to the dog’s body and is bound with pink bias tape. It is measured in a X-Small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has a 13-15 inch chest, and an 9 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 7 inches long. The inside is interfaced, to help keep its shape. We pride ourselves on the workmanship of our products and guarantee quality.
