What a sweet harness vest. This is a Tigger inspired harness. It is designed with golden so soft suede cloth fabric. There is black loop fringe on the neck and at the bottom. It is overlaid in gold sequins and a single row of costume rhinestone trim. And let’s not forget about that Tigger appliqué on the very front of this adorable harness. It is fully lined with a yellow satin fabric so it is ultra soft next to the dog’s body. It is measured in a size small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has a 13 inch chest, and an 8 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 6 inches long..
