What a delightful harness vest. This is a Minnie and Mickey inspired harness. It is designed with cotton fabric in a lovely checkered design of primary colors. There is baby blue, Red and black non fray chiffon gathered on the bottom for tutu effect. And a big blue grosgrain ribbon in the middle. And let’s not forget about that heart shaped design with a Minnie and Mickey hug appliqué on the very front of this adorable harness. It is fully lined with a black sheath fabric so it is ultra soft next to the dog’s body. It is bound with black bias tape. It is measured in a size LARGE for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has a 19-20 inch chest, and a 12 inch neck.
