The neck and bottom of this harness is adorned with white curly faux fur in the center top and on the bottom there are mesh rhinestones. To give it the holiday feel, we added the two shimming snowflakes to the front and added a little more BLING by putting rhinestone mesh on the D-ring loop. It is fully lined and interfaced. It is a size X-Small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro closures at the neck and at the chest. It has a 13-14 inch chest, the neck measures 8 inches.
