It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest and features a metal D-ring to connect a leash. It has a 12-13 inch chest, and a 9 inch neck. From the back of the neck to the tail bone, it is 7 inches long. The lining is black satin so it is ultra soft next to the dog’s body.
