It has a faux white collar that makes it look like there is a white shirt underneath and a black tie with a mirror trim in the center of it. There are three white buttons below the lapel. It measured in a size LARGE for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest and features a metal D-ring to connect a leash. It has an 18-19 inch chest, and a 15 inch neck. From back of the neck to the tail bone, it is 9 inches long. The lining is white satin so it is ultra soft next to the dog’s body.
