This sute harness is made from PINK camouflage fabric. We made loops to make it appear the dog is wearing a belt. This vest is part of our BAD BOY series. It is measured in a size Large for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest and features a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has a 20-21 inch chest and 15.5 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 10 inches long. The inside is interfaced and fully lined in light pink cotton fabric so it is ultra soft next to the dogs body. This cute vest has no fray pink chiffon on the neck and two rows of it on the bottom along with a diamond stud pink trim, giving the illusion it is a belt.
