This vest is made from cotton fabric and has a fire tattoo print, black with blue flames. The front has a tucked ruffle of blue satin. There is a black satin ribbon down the front with sequin skulls. The waist has a skull ribbon around it at the bottom. This vest is part of our BAD BOY series. It is measured in a size Large for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest and features a D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has an 18-19 inch chest and a 12 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 7 inches long. The inside is interfaced and fully lined in navy blue cotton fabric so it is ultra soft next to the dogs body.
