This harness is designed for the female toy breed dog. Perfect for the holiday spirit, this lovely dark blue velvet number has a shimmering silver print of stars. The neck is adorned in a navy blue pleated ruffle with white pearls and loop trim on top of it and the bottom has a navy pleated ruffle, overlaid in 2 inch wide white Cluny lace and it has that awesome rhinestone trim on top of that. It measured in a size LARGE for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest and features a D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has a 20-21 inch chest, and 18 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 9 inches long, including ruffles.
