For this amazing outfit, we re-purposed a vintage beaded dress. This harness is designed for the female toy breed dog with that New York or L.A. attitude. It is measured in a size LARGE for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest and features a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. This loop has a 6 row rhinestone trim on it. It has a 19-20 inch chest, and a 13 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 12 inches long. The inside is interfaced and fully lined in navy satin lining fabric so it is ultra soft next to the dog’s body.
