It has a black and silver sequin collar from recycled material.. The dogs head slips through the neck hole and it adjust by the belt around the waist. The belt is black webbing. It is measured in a Xsmall for the TOY Breed dog. There is a metal D-Ring on the belt to make it adjustable. It has 13 inches chest, and a 11 inch neck.
