The dogs head slips through the neck hole and it adjust by the belt around the waist. The belt is trimmed out in two rows of teal sequins and it has a lovely little double rhinestone ornament on it. In front of the neck, there is a teal bow with three teal pearl beads in the center. It is measured in a small for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro on the belt to keep it closed. There is a metal D-Ring on the belt to make it adjustable. It has 12 inches chest, and a 13 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 10 inches long.
