The neckline and bottom of this harness have lime green and yellow tulle’ and no fray chiffon with a lime green zigzag trim at the top. It has a BIG yellow satin bow in the center. It is fully lined in a yellow cotton fabric. It is measured in a Large for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has 19-21 inch chest, and a 14 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 10 inches long.
