Here is one of our girlie harness vest for your toy breed. It is made of a cotton material. The print is a soft creamy yellow with puff flowers sewn to it in pastel colors. It has a multi colored ribbon across the bottom and below that it has six ruffles of no fray chiffon in pastel colors of pink, yellow and mint green and it is fully lined with a soft yellow cotton fabric and bound in yellow bias tape. It is measured in a medium for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It has a metal D-Ring loop so you can use it with your leash. It has 16-17 inch chest, and a 10 inch neck. From back of neck to tail bone, it is 8 inches long. The inside is interfaced, to help keep its shape.
