Designer Julie Lancaster designed this lovely dress/ harness using this a taupe colored bridal satin, The waist has a two inch gold ribbon that has very lovely pearl and rhinestone trim sewn on it. The neck is a lovely ivory and soft pink with pale peach flowers gathered trim and three row clear rhinestone trim on top of the lace at the neck. There is a pretty pink tulle bow at the waist with a pink glass stone, circled by rhinestones to adorn the bow. The boarder is hearts and flowers in shades of pink and silver. The skirt has a total of five layers, from satin to tulle’. The bodice is completely lined and interfaced to keep its shape. This dress is remarkable and is what she calls a portrait dress but can be used for parties and more because like all of Julie’s outfits, she designs them with D-ring so you can keep you beloved pet on a leash. It is measured in a size Large for the TOY Breed dog. It has heavy duty Velcro at the neck and at the chest. It is 18-19 inch around the chest. The neck measures 14 inches.
