Sea Dreams is made of baby blue satin, fully lined in an ultra soft light blue sheath and is interfaced to keep it's shape. The top has a lovely lace sparkling seahorse applique in pale aqua and shimming silver enhanced with opal shimmer crystals and tiny lavender cyrstals. There is a blue satin waistband that is overlaid in a tatted blue with silver pearl trim. The skirt has 6 skirts to it. They are made of shimmer white tulle, shimmering pale blue organdy, sheath fabric trimmed out in four no fray chiffon petticoats. This is also a shimmering printed skirt with daisy trim and so much more. The top skirt is of course a lovely tulle border that I am well known for using on my dresses in the past three years. They are a true signature of my designs. This border is a lovely baby blue with green leaves, swirls and tiny blue flowers is enhanced with lots of lovely tiny green crystals. I have also applied the green crytals to the top to give it a seaweed look on the upper body. This amazing beauty is a size 10 inch neck, a 11-12-13 inch chest-11 inches long.
