The Blue Rose Portrait Harness Dress is created with two shades of blue satin this beauty is eye pooping. The top is lined, interfaced, and has an opal sheen fabric over the deeper blue satin to give it a shimmering effect, making a total of four thin layers on top of the dress. I have appliqued one of the roses from the lace tulle skirt to the top and outlined it in deep blue/purple crystals. The waist is a gold velvet ribbon and a rhinestone D-ring that has gold crystals in the center. This dress has a double tier ruffle with many underlying layers. The vibrant color of this tulle lace alone will catch your eye and that lovely pattern is amazing. There are six shimmery underskirts in green, blue, pink and white. There is a fully lined satin skirt with double rows of ruffles also. Each row of ruffles has four skirts, making this dress fluff out and amazing. This dress is a size 11 inch neck, 11 inch chest, 12 inch length.
